The Doon Club is one the oldest and the most renowned club of Dehradun which was established in 1878. It has a job opening for the post of a Club Secretary/ Chief Executive Officer.

The Candidate selected shall be responsible for the day to day operations of the Club and report to the Board of Directors; lead the Team of 75 staff to deliver a quality experience to 2,500 members for Club Functions, Rooms, Dining Halls, Bar, Sports, Swimming Pool, Library, Garden etc spread across 5.75 acres.

The selected candidate will have a requisite maturity and experience of business and commercial operations; and possess the skill of Communication in English and Hindi; Customer-Service, Relationship building, Teamworking, Organisation and Time Management; Negotiation; Computer Usage; Email and Internet etc.

The successful incumbent must have the ability to be proactive and use self initiative to see what needs doing and to do it, or get it done; with an attention to detail, assertiveness and tact; the confidence and integrity to use discretion and diplomacy.
