Cafe Marigold was an initiative of three homemakers, Alka, Kumud and Amita. With the motive of making people enjoy coffee and comforting food, Cafe Marigold was set up some 6 six years ago. A homely and unspoilt place with a band of colours and a variety of delicious food.

Cafe Marigold believes in serving the home cooked mommy style food and beverages. Keeping the essence of the 90’s, the coffee served here is not prepared by a coffee machine unlike every other place in the town. Its more of the old-fashioned creamy coffee that was a result of vigorously stirring in a glass.

The food served is made with fresh ingredients with the flavours being totally fantastic. Alka’s house is at close quarters and she frequently visits the place to make sure that the cream in your coffee and its acidity is just like the way you want it to be. The roughly cut fries serves with gooey cheese is something that lights up your mood in a minute and the music is no less than a cherry on the cake. If you want to have a favourite then go for the momos dunked in the home cooked sauce, the chicken sandwich and the mixed sauce pasta with their chunky shakes.

Cafe Marigold carries to it the lively aura that prevails in its vibrantly coloured walls and decor items, but if that is something that will not woo you, then do try the hot chocolate coffee or the coffee. Being a one of kind cafe with a homely approach and fairly reasonable prices.
