The Dehradun International Film Festival commenced on 21st of September this year. A three day long Film Festival that would be held in Silver City Multiplex and Tulas Institute. Mega Stars like Ramesh Sippy, Sharman Joshi, Vivek Vaswani, Hemant Pandey, Surendra Pal Singh, Kiran Joneja and many renowned and talented celebrities will be attending the Dehradun Film Festival. With the Silver City Multiplex having a three day broadcast of the films, On 22nd Sep both Tulas Institute and Silver City Multiplex would be hosting the shows, while on 23rd Sep only Silver City Multiplex would telecast the movies.

The Films from UK, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Spain will also be seen from the following year. This in turn would create awareness in the youth while celebrating the diversity of the film fraternity claims Rajesh Sharma director of Dehradun International Film Festival (DIFF)
