CM Trivendra Singh Rawat announces metro from Dehradun to Haridwar, as there is increasing traffic in Dehradun, the government finally decided to introduce metro rail service till Haridwar & a director has already been appointed for the project.

He also mentioned “Roorkee railway line projected will be completed soon” so as to reduce the time travel between Dehradun & Delhi”.
