Training & Development Manager

Experience- Minimum 5 to 8 years
Age- 30 to 35 years
Qualification- Minimum Graduate, Engineering/MBA preferred
Competency Required

• Min 3 years of team handling experience, working at managerial level.
• Team Management
• Excellent Knowledge of Automobile industry, selling skills, auto technology, finance, insurance, registration process and other allied service programs
• Ability to analyse sales data.
• Ability to develop and deliver basic training program
• Valid car driving license is compulsory.

Relationship Managers

Experience- Min 2 years (Automobile Sales)
Age- 23 to 35 years
Qualification- Minimum Graduate, PG or MBA preferred
Competency Required

• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Worked as Sales Consultant, interacting face to face with the customers, Results oriented
• Team Player
• Good product knowledge and fair for automobile industry.
• Preferably having operational knowledge on retail finance, insurance, exchange etc.
• Excellent Communication & Selling Skills
• Valid Car Driving License is Compulsory
